About the Role

Stryker Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join its ENT team in Melbourne, VIC. As a Territory Manager for ENT, you will be responsible for growing Stryker's business in hospitals and surgeon practices across Victoria through building strong customer partnerships, providing clinical expertise during surgical cases, and demonstrating Stryker's commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective territory sales strategies to progress deals through the sales process
  • Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships with Surgeons and Key-Opinion-Leaders
  • Identify, qualify, and close new customer sales opportunities in designated territory
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure positive communication and collaboration with key internal partners and teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful direct healthcare sales experience in areas such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals
  • Executive presence and influencing skills, with excellent negotiation and ability to close sales
  • Relationship savvy with a solid understanding of how to sell in the healthcare setting
  • Ability to effectively convert leads into new relationships and closed deals
