As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact when individuals come into the office, providing a warm and friendly welcome every day. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your first step into the corporate world and further develop your customer service and organisational skills.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our office.

Your Responsibilities

  • Present the first impression of the company by greeting visitors and directing them to the correct team member and/or department.
  • Answer all incoming calls and ensure connection to the correct department.
  • Manage the reception area and all meeting rooms.
  • Receive and direct incoming deliveries.
  • Respond to requests from employees regarding any facilities issues by either resolving the issue where possible or informing the Building Services Manager of the request in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients, and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours.

About You

  • You must have full Australian working rights without restrictions.
  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced customer service environment or in a junior administration or reception role is preferred.
  • You must be able to take initiative, be innovative, and solve problems, with attention to accuracy, spelling, and grammar, and an excellent eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • You must be able to learn quickly, use advanced time management, and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
