Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at People2People. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide customers with support and information to assist with their questions
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a resolution is provided
  • Communicate clearly to ensure customers understand the information provided
  • Offer accurate information on products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high-volume customer service position, ideally phone-based
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide a resolution
  • Capability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Proven excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating composure and resilience under pressure
