About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hudson Australia. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, where relevant, to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
  • Experience in phone-based customer service or call centers, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
