Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Telstra's Triple Zero call centre in Adelaide CBD. This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable brand that offers a supportive working environment.

The Role:

This is a high volume and fast paced role where you will be required to provide accurate connections to Police, Fire and Ambulance dispatchers across the country at the request of the customer. You will be required to follow strict protocols and procedure to ensure every call is taken quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Calls are KPI measured and high-quality service must be provided on every call.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls from all over Australia
  • Efficiently connecting all emergency calls to Police, Fire or Ambulance dispatchers
  • Providing consistent and high-quality service
  • Ensuring customers are treated with an empathetic approach

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience ideally within a contact centre or face to face environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • A positive and resilient outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A stable working history
  • A 'Can Do' attitude
