A Health Program Coordinator is required to plan, implement and evaluate workplace health programs that improve the wellbeing of workers.
- Plan, coordinate and evaluate comprehensive workplace health programs including health checks, ergonomic assessments, seminars, online classes and flu vaccinations for assigned clients.
- Provide recommendations on wellbeing initiatives supporting customer cohorts, ensuring programs align with organisational objectives and employee needs.
- Utilize a professional background for practical implementation, such as providing health checks, nutrition consultations, group training sessions and clinical development.
- Follow up on high-risk participants and facilitate referrals into mental health services where appropriate.
- Assist in operations and support junior staff or health professionals.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring all services meet quality standards.
Experience in health program coordination or a related field is required, with a proven track record of successful workplace health initiatives.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively. An eye for detail and strong project management skills are also essential.
Candidates with backgrounds in Dietetics, Nutrition, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, occupational health, nursing or related fields are encouraged to apply.
