Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Logistics and Sales Coordinator at Criterion Industries. This position merges direct customer interaction, telephonic sales, and effective delivery management. Essential Skills:
  • Customer Interaction: Proven experience in both in-person and telephonic customer service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate knowledge of Outlook and ERP systems, with a background in sales order processing.

  • Mathematical and Linguistic Skills: Adeptness in mathematics and English communication.

Desirable Skills:
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the office fit-out sector or related products (e.g., Aluminium Extrusions, Door Hardware, Timber Doors).
  • ERP Familiarity: Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central ERP system.
  • Office Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Local Insights: Understanding of the regional area.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Engaging with customers face-to-face and processing phone sales orders.
  • Managing sales order processing, including pick-up orders and payments.
  • Providing customers with estimated delivery times and coordinating the daily delivery schedule.
  • Proactively updating clients regarding delivery timelines and any potential delays.
  • Collaborating with purchasing and production teams for ETA updates as necessary.
  • Handling returns and credits, as well as tracking backorders.
  • Assisting with warehouse order fulfillment when required.
