Front Office Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office team, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the front office team in delivering exceptional guest service
- Be an expert on the hotel and local area, providing guests with personalized recommendations and experiences
- Assist with guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information on hotel services and amenities
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, encouraging repeat business and loyalty
- Take guest reservations and manage cash handling and credit card responsibilities
- Oversee service standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction
- Provide guidance and support to front office staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
- Experience with property management systems, preferably OPERA
- Relevant supervisory experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiasm for career growth and development
- Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment
