About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process for hotel guests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest accounts
  • Represent the hotel in resolving guest-related issues
  • Take reservations and implement projects and policies as required
  • Identify and develop the skills of team members to improve their knowledge and performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming experience for all guests
Requirements
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office software and OPERA software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Leadership experience and a passion for hospitality management
