Front Office Supervisor

About the Role:
The Front Office Supervisor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest stays, including room assignments and special requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance guest satisfaction and hotel efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front office procedures.
