About the Role:

The Front Office Supervisor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest stays, including room assignments and special requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance guest satisfaction and hotel efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and front office procedures.
