Front Office Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Perth. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and leading a team of front office staff to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the front office team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the front desk, reservations, and guest services.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Manage the front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, driving business results and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or guest services role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, reservations, and guest services.
