Front Office Supervisor

About the Role:
The Front Office Supervisor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our guests. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a front office or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
