We are seeking an HR professional to deliver bottom-line results and contribute to our ongoing business success in this dynamic role. As the key HR contact for a select group of business units within Victoria, you will be responsible for providing high-level advice on human resources strategy, policy review and interpretation, employee engagement activities, performance management, talent management, succession planning, and project management of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice on people-related matters to employees and business leaders whilst empowering managers in building people capability.
  • Developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
  • Reviewing and interpreting policies and procedures.
  • Designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Managing employee performance and development.
  • Identifying and developing future leaders through talent management.
  • Developing and maintaining succession plans.
  • Leading key HR projects and initiatives.
