Human Resources Partner

As a key member of our team, the Human Resources Partner plays a critical role in supporting leaders to manage their people priorities. This includes initiatives aligned to the employee life cycle that drive higher levels of employee engagement and enable the delivery of strategic business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience as a Business Partner at a senior level.

They will be confident in managing complex relationships, coaching senior stakeholders, and delivering commercial and customer-centric strategies.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Well-developed experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience in coaching senior stakeholders on people-related issues and leadership development
  • A commercial and curious mindset
  • Motivated by delivering employee and customer value
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a 3-month rolling assignment based in any state, with a daily rate of $600.
