The role of Human Resources Manager is pivotal in fostering employee engagement and supporting business growth. The HR Manager will develop strong partnerships with senior leadership and implement HR strategies aligned with the Group, Sector, and Site objectives.
Key Accountabilities:- Designing and executing HR initiatives to enable business performance and deliver comprehensive HR expertise to the business in support of achieving strategic plans.
- Leading the people management agenda and having overall accountability for the successful delivery of new and existing HR initiatives for the Site.
- Providing leadership and expertise in organizational development, organizational design, and change management for the Site.
- Supporting Group/Sector Talent Initiatives and managing employee metrics to ensure data integrity standards are upheld.
- Collaborating with other HR areas to develop and continually improve policies, processes, and initiatives.
Responsibilities also include advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits, compensation and benefits administration, and establishing and promoting communication and social interaction among employees.
Qualifications:- University degree in HR and/or Business.
- 5+ years specific HR experience including recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee development, employee/labour relations, legal/compliance.
- Professional HR Certification is an advantage but not required.
Experience in business and international strategy, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational ability, facilitation skills, presentation skills, team building, and conflict resolution are highly valued.
