Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with our organization's leaders and provide strategic consultation on people and organizational development strategies.

About the Role

The HR Business Partner will play a key role in supporting business performance through tactical and strategic HR advice, including performance management, remuneration reviews, promotions and transitions, as well as day-to-day human resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business growth through strategic and tactical HR advice
  • Manage employee relations, labor relations, and policy interpretation
  • Develop and implement engagement, retention, and absenteeism strategies
  • Provide HR analytics and insights to inform business decisions
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work culture through open communication and fair decision-making

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organizational setting
  • Strong strategic thinking and partnership skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • High emotional intelligence and influencing skills
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills
