We are seeking a strategic Human Resources professional to join our team as a People Development Manager. This dynamic role will see you act as the primary HR contact for our Melbourne office, partnering with senior leaders and employees across multiple groups.

About the Role:

  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.">
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to support local office and national people strategies.">
  • Deliver high-quality HR services and engagement across multiple groups.">
  • Support the planning and delivery of early careers activities, including university engagement and onboarding.">
  • Contribute to and lead national HR projects aligned with our firm's strategic priorities.">
  • Counsel and influence leaders to embed a high-performance culture.">
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes, policies, and systems.">
  • Drive initiatives to support employee engagement, wellbeing, and professional development.">
  • Maintain compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.">

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.">
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in a HR generalist or business partner role, ideally in a professional services environment.">
  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and managing diverse client groups.">
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to make informed and strategic decisions.">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to influence and build trust.">
  • A collaborative approach with a focus on outcomes.">
  • Passion for people and a drive to continuously improve the employee experience.">
