Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Support Specialist to manage industrial assets across NSW and QLD. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading real estate entities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative tasks: Review lease data, purchase orders, budgeting, forecasting, arrears, and rent reviews.
  • Property coordination: Liaise with property managers, tenants, and internal teams for smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing monthly reports, cash flow budgets, and variance analysis in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Tenant experience: Build strong tenant relationships, respond to queries, and ensure high service standards through regular site visits and proactive communication.
  • Operational support: Support capital expenditure projects, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial procedures.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in Industrial Property Administration and Management, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with outstanding initiative and attention to detail.
  • A working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial, and physical aspects.
  • Strong technology proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
