
Senior Asset Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Planned Assets Administrator. This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the Planned Works team, enabling efficient coordination and delivery of asset-related projects while maintaining accurate records to support compliance and communication across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to our Customer Standard Charter and service level agreement to ensure fantastic customer service outcomes
• Support the Planned Works team with meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking
• Monitor shared inboxes and respond to tenant queries professionally and promptly
• Raise and process work orders and invoices to support budget tracking and financial management
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping to support compliance and governance
• Representing Bridge Housing within the industry and promoting their Employer Branding
Requirements:
• High attention to detail and ability to quickly and effectively learn and use different digital systems
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to provide high customer service at all times
• Ability to thrive in a highly regulated, compliance-driven working environment
