Senior Fixed Asset Coordinator

The Service Coordinator role involves providing coordination support to the Engineering Services team, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.
- Maintain a comprehensive fixed assets register and records system.
- Generate monthly fixed assets reports to inform business decisions.
Main Responsibilities:
Capital Equipment Management and Maintenance- Coordinate and maintain customer agreements for all capital equipment in the field, ensuring seamless operations.
- Assist in creating new agreement documents and tracking signed agreements.
- Maintain detailed records for all capital equipment in the field and loan pool.
- Execute Capital Equipment Service Request Forms prepared by the business or Technical Managers.
- Arrange efficient movements of capital equipment between hospitals, warehouses, and service centres.
- Liaise with relevant capital equipment repairers and service providers to ensure prompt resolution.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Strong data entry and administration skills.
- Medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience (highly advantageous).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Coodination experience (highly advantageous).
