Industrial Asset Coordinator

We are seeking an Industrial Asset Coordinator to join our industrial team. The role will involve supporting the management of industrial assets across NSW and QLD, with occasional travel required.
Main Responsibilities:- Lease & Financial Administration: Review lease data, manage purchase orders, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with arrears and rent reviews.
- Property & Tenant Coordination: Liaise with property managers, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing monthly reports, cash flow budgets, and variance analysis in collaboration with finance teams.
- Customer Experience: Build strong tenant relationships, respond to queries, and ensure high service standards through regular site visits and proactive communication.
- Operational Support: Support capital expenditure projects, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial and administrative procedures.
Candidates should have relevant experience in industrial property administration and or management, including budgeting and financial management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with outstanding initiative and excellent attention to detail is also required.
