Industrial Property Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-quality industrial assets across key markets.

  • This is a senior-level position responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of industrial properties, including managing rent rolls, arrears, outgoings budgets, and reconciliations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tenant onboarding, lease renewals, rent reviews, and make good processes.
  • They will also prepare monthly reporting, including financial performance, arrears, vacancy, and maintenance updates.
  • Additionally, they will contribute to asset strategy and planning discussions, build strong relationships with tenants, service providers, and internal teams, and liaise with operations managers to ensure timely maintenance and presentation standards are upheld.
About This Role
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in property management or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial property management is required.
  • Proven lease management and budgeting experience is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently are preferred qualities for this role.
