Senior Facilities Manager Role

A high-performing facilities management leader is required to oversee a team and drive operational excellence across a large portfolio of industrial and logistics assets.

  • This is a state leadership role with a prestigious client scope, overseeing a team of 6 facilities managers in Sydney.

As Senior Facilities Manager, you will lead on hands-on management of 10 own assets, drive performance across facilities operations, and embed a culture that thrives on collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading facilities management operations, strong leadership style focused on mentorship, continuous improvement, and team success, and robust understanding of risk, compliance, WHS, and lifecycle asset planning.
