
Sales Performance Leader

Broad River Retail is currently seeking a Store Operations Manager to join the team.
About this role:This individual will be responsible for leading all sales activities and initiatives, overseeing the consistent implementation of processes and policy standards across stores, and owning and driving sales performance in a retail location with 10+ Home Furnishing Consultants.

1. Lead by example, demonstrating passion for retail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.
4. Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them, ensuring continuous growth and development.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
Requirements:1. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Furniture Sales Management as a Store General Manager.
2. Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
5. Proficiency in technology, including iPads and tablets.
6. Ability to work a 40+ hour work week, including some nights and all weekends.
7. Strong work ethic and ability to maintain high standards of personal and professional conduct.
8. Enjoys fast-paced retail sales environment.
9. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
10. Competent in use of technology and mathematical skills.
11. Ability to perform additional functions assigned by management.
