Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Mentor & Culture Leader: Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture, providing coaching and mentoring to support team members' professional and personal growth. Develop relationships that enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Sales Coach: Offer real-time feedback and guidance to improve sales performance and conversion rates, driving business results through exceptional coaching.
  • Process Trainer: Deliver comprehensive training sessions for new staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Provide ongoing development opportunities for senior team members to refine their expertise.
