Join us as a Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for owning key deals, mentoring a small team, and creating stand-up repeatable sales motions across direct and broker channels.

This is a player-coach role that requires a strong leader with the ability to own revenue, build the engine of our sales strategy, and scale the team. You will work closely with our Marketing team to develop an integrated funnel from lead to close and run closed-loop feedback on campaigns, content, and offers.

The ideal candidate has experience establishing a sales team at an early-stage startup in SaaS, insurtech, or similar B2B business. They should have a proven track record of full-cycle closing and have also hired, coached, and scaled small teams (Series A → Series B). Domain expertise in B2B rewards/HRtech or health insurance is a plus.
