Are you a sales leader who thrives in multi-brand, fast-paced environments?

We're seeking a Director of Sales to guide diverse sales teams, drive consistent revenue growth, and shape sales strategy for a portfolio of workplace training and certification businesses.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven leadership experience managing sales teams in a multi-brand or multi-unit structure.
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets (YOY growth of 10%+).
  • Strong background in e-learning, certification, consulting, or B2B training industries.
  • Balance of big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership.
