Job Description

The Customer Success Business Partner will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. They will support and work together with the Area Sales Team to ensure that assigned customers achieve their expected business outcomes with Maersk solutions. This role will be open to being placed in either Sydney or Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring sales reps are supported using standard channels and building long-term trusting relationships with customers to ensure they realize full value from their investment with Maersk.
  • Ensuring internal alignment on customer goals and marketing strategies. Partner with cross-functional Maersk teams to develop and execute omnichannel digital marketing strategies that maximize value for customers.
  • Continually assessing customer progress toward stated goals and driving expected results in areas of adoption, usage, business value, friction, and overall relationship.
  • As a customer advocate, ensuring customer needs are met and account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed.
  • Managing the allocation process and coordinating with customers to ensure they deliver on commitments.
  • Managing the tender handling process and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and competitive offer is submitted to customers.
  • Coordinating the quoting and contracting process with relevant stakeholders.
  • Timely contract renewals and contract management.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Account management execution skills.
  • Commercial knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer relations and stakeholder management skills.
  • A high-level understanding of Maersk products and how they solve different customer pain points.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, superannuation, and generous leave entitlements.
