
Regional Business Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated individual to take on the role of Territory Manager.
The successful candidate will work with leading brands, delivering culinary food service solutions and coffee products to various priority channels within Food Service.
You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, prospects, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth. A current unrestricted driver's license is essential for visiting customers effectively.
Main responsibilities include acting as a brand ambassador for existing customers, developing new business in the Western Melbourne/Victoria region, and working across various priority channels.
You will own a portfolio of established customers while seeking new opportunities to grow their businesses. Maintaining accurate CRM data entry and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations are crucial to this role.
Delivering sales targets and driving business growth in a high-pressure environment requires strong communication and leadership skills.
Collaborating with a positive team, taking ownership of your territory, and adapting to changing circumstances are key aspects of this role.
- Achieving success in this autonomous role demands drive and resilience.
- Knowledge or experience in the foodservice industry is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, is required.
- Ability to facilitate and lead training sessions is necessary.
