Leader of Client Services Excellence

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Client Services team and contribute to the continuous improvement of client reception.
- Lead a team of Client Services Officers (CSOs) and oversee general reception and waiting areas.
- Provide assistance with clerical and administrative functions for cohealth services.
The Client Services Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Driving continuous improvement of customer service provision across all services.
- Implementing and maintaining operational manuals to support practices and day-to-day responsibilities.
- Collaborating with other Team Leaders and CSO Development Managers to lead and model cohealth values.
- Exciting parental leave benefits, including 14 weeks paid parental leave upon completion of only 6 months of continuous service.
