Job Summary
">The Client Services Team Leader role is a vital position that focuses on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of client reception services.
">Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional service delivery to clients through the day-to-day provision of high-quality Client Services program across various services">
- Drive continuous improvement of customer service provision by evaluating and developing strategies for Client Services staff">
- Collaborate with Practice Managers to implement and maintain operation manuals supporting practice operations and daily responsibilities">
- Work closely with other Team Leaders and CSO Development Manager to lead and model cohealth values">
- Oversee a team of Client Services Officers and assist with general reception and waiting area operations">
