Client Services Leader

The Client Services Leader plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of client reception, as well as facilitating seamless access to healthcare services through exceptional customer service.
This leadership position involves overseeing a team of Client Services Officers to support Oral and Allied Health, as well as Medical services across various healthcare entities. The key responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and performance management of CSOs as the frontline of healthcare services.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives for the Client Services staff's customer service provision, aligned with the Client Services Quality Framework, policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
- Driving quality customer service and developing processes to boost client satisfaction.
Effective leaders in this role should possess strong leadership skills, be able to supervise staff, and lead a small team. They must also introduce new processes, policies, and initiatives to drive excellence in client service.
