Our organization is seeking an accomplished leader to drive strategic growth in Asia Pacific and globally. This senior-level position offers a unique opportunity to lead engagement with key customers, secure profitable orders, and develop a comprehensive account strategy.
About the Role:
This role involves managing a portfolio of strategic relationships with key customers across Asia Pacific, developing a comprehensive account strategy, and owning quarterly sales targets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving growth strategy and key initiatives, leveraging existing relations and domain knowledge in the built environment.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic relationships with key customers across Asia Pacific
- Develop a comprehensive account strategy covering key aspects of customer's growth plan, our response with key initiatives, and overall engagement plan to drive growth
- Own and deliver the quarterly sales targets covering orders and margin, across all lines of businesses within our organization
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in front-line sales, account management, proposals, engineering, and business development roles with specific domain knowledge in building automation, fire and security, or HVAC. They should possess a solutions-selling mindset, entrepreneurial attitude, leadership abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:
- Minimum 10 years in front-line sales, account management, proposals, engineering, and business development roles with specific domain knowledge in building automation, fire and security or HVAC
- Solutions selling mindset with a pragmatic approach of driving deal closure
- Entrepreneurial attitude, leadership abilities, and ability to be a team player at all levels
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within and across direct management lines (in a matrix environment)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels within the organization as well as with business partners
- High levels of integrity, honesty, and professionalism
