Job Title:
Senior Business Growth LeaderThe Senior Business Growth Leader plays a pivotal role in driving overall performance and revenue for the agency. This senior officer is responsible for overseeing one or more Account Supervisors, acting as the top-level client contact, and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage overall financial performance of client portfolio to meet and exceed targets.
- Lead efforts to develop and achieve company revenue and profitability projections.
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and realising potential in clients.
- Identify and develop 'real' new business opportunities and take a leadership role in new business pitches.
- Support recruiting and hiring of staff, including active involvement in identifying new talent and the interview process.
- Provide strategic counsel to SADs, ADs, and SAMs who report into them.
- Conduct performance reviews and career development counseling for direct reports.
- Pro-actively identify 'tired' account teams and provide general input into management meetings regarding staffing issues.
- Expertise in one or more industries or communication disciplines.
- Ability to develop strong integrated campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge of key stakeholder relationships for the benefit of the agency.
- Strong leadership skills to drive a positive work culture and provide mentorship to others.
