About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee online sales performance, setting and achieving targets for product sales volume.
  • Manage the online sales channel, ensuring seamless customer experiences through precise product representation.
  • Design, curate, and implement promotional calendars that cater to diverse customer needs.
  • Flexibly work across CRM, website, and advertising platforms to optimize performance.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in ecommerce leadership, preferably in health and wellness spaces.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing ecommerce growth strategies, coupled with hands-on experience in product management and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including maintenance, optimization, and cross-channel campaign execution.
