As a strategic partner in our People & Culture team, you will play a pivotal role in driving organization-wide development initiatives that foster engagement, performance, and growth. With a focus on the National Customer & Commercial pillar, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.

About the Role:

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic people agenda for the customer and commercial pillar.">
  • Develop strong relationships with the functions Leadership Team to create and deliver People Plans that support successful implementation of organizational strategies.">
  • Drive workforce planning and development initiatives.">

Key Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to drive projects across all levels.">
  • At least 4 years of generalist HR partnering experience in a progressive environment.">
  • Strong proficiency in HR disciplines, e.g., workforce/organization planning, employee/industrial relations, training, compensation, and recruitment.">
  • Demonstrated IR/ER experience of dispute management, risk mitigation, and EBA negotiation.">
