Business Partner for Organizational Success

The Johnson Recruitment team is seeking a seasoned HR professional to join their client on a 12-month contract. This role offers the ideal candidate a broad and impactful opportunity to drive strategic input and operational delivery.

As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the organisation's people strategy by providing hands-on expertise and partnering with leaders across the business to support the delivery of key initiatives.

  • Continuous Improvement of HR Systems, Policies, and Processes

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR advisory or business partnering roles, with broad generalist expertise.
  • Strong technology skills, with experience using HRIS platforms.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Employment Law, or a related field (desirable).
