Partner with Business Teams for Strategic Growth

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with various business teams across Australia and New Zealand. You will leverage your expertise to advise, influence, and challenge partners to drive people-focused initiatives aligned with the company's strategy.

 

  • Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • You will lead change management programs, ensuring seamless transitions and high employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Reward & Benefits.

 

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
