Job Title:
Business Partner for Organizational Success
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting and executing the HR processes, programs, and initiatives within the designated client group aligned with CSL's goals. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Strategic Partners in delivering Programs to drive a culture of high performance and engagement.
- Analyzing performance drivers and metrics to provide leaders with insights and recommendations on their people.
- Obtaining and using available metrics to inform and proactively manage people decisions.
- Supporting all employee relations matters, including providing advice and counsel to managers.
- Advising management in resolving employee-related issues and communicating with HR Business Partners.
- Partnering with business leaders to derive recommendations for organizational design.
- Supporting the Performance Review process.
- Working with the business to deliver actions that drive an increase in engagement.
- Supporting compensation and benefits programs across the designated client group.
- Partnering with the business to scope business needs for new roles and role design within our model.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- HR Professional certification preferred.
- 5-8 years' experience as a HRBP or Employee Relations Manager (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing investigations and employee relations.
- Labor (Union) experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Change Management using a successful model.
- Good knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic organization.
- Experience in a global company is preferred.
