People Organizational Development Specialist

This is a leadership position where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing guidance in employee relations, organizational development, change management, and performance outcomes.
- Provide strategic counsel and coaching to executive leaders on complex employee matters.
- Ensure adherence to employment legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues and leverage data insights to drive people performance.
- Support key initiatives such as performance reviews, reward cycles, engagement surveys.
- Collaborate with business areas to deliver organizational transformation and change management.
- Design and facilitate effective learning and development programs.
- Experience as a Senior HR partner supporting diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong relationship-building skills, including exposure to executive leadership.
- Expertise in employee relations and contemporary people practices.
- Demonstrated capability in organizational development and leadership coaching.
- Skilled in change management methodologies and communication strategies.
- Highly effective facilitator and confident presenter.
- Proficiency with HR technology and analytics tools.
