
Organizational Culture Partner

We are seeking a strategic partner to coach leaders in shaping the organizational culture and driving transformation. At our organization, we believe in collaborating with visionary leaders to enhance their capabilities and challenge them to excel.
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in People & Culture / HR partnering directly with leaders. They should have expertise in start-up or scale-up environments, coaching skills, performance management, ER/IR literacy, and a bold energy that thrives in ambiguity and drives results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive cultural transformation.
- Providing expert guidance on performance management, coaching, and talent development.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR services.
