  • Stakeholder Partnerships: Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and clinical/technical stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with a strong foundation in organizational development and change management principles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably with Workday or SuccessFactors, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
