We are seeking a passionate and skilled Culinary Professional to join our dynamic team as a Part Time Demi Chef. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in preparing exquisite dishes for our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the preparation and presentation of food items in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • To maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
  • To work effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • To participate in menu planning, recipe development, and cooking demonstrations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 2-3 years of previous culinary experience in a hotel or luxury restaurant environment.
  • Commercial cookery certification and HACCP experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service.
  • The ability to work a rotating roster including late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia and a current Australian driver's license.
