Key Role: Wedding Sales & Events Executive
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Wedding Sales & Events Executive. As a key member of the sales and events team, you will be responsible for bringing dream weddings and special occasions to life with precision, care, and a deep understanding of what makes each celebration unique.
Responsibilities:- End-to-end planning and coordination of weddings and other special occasions
- Hosting venue tours and planning consultations
- Creating tailored event orders and managing all related documentation
- Coordinating every detail from timelines and menus to floor plans and supplier liaisons
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Technical skills and experience in wedding sales and events coordination
