Hotel Room Attendant

We are seeking a Hotel Room Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of hotel rooms to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attending to guest requests and needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects.
