Job Description

As a Demi Chef, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. Your passion for presentation and dedication to delivering flavour will be instrumental in creating lasting memories.

Working in a fast-paced hotel environment, you will take pride in your workspace, maintaining high standards and bringing expertise to our menu offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present dishes that meet the highest quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver excellent service

In addition to your culinary expertise, you will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new things.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual with 2-3 years of previous culinary experience, preferably in a hotel or luxury restaurant environment. Commercial cookery certification and experience with food safety systems such as HACCP are highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will also have unrestricted working rights in Australia and a current Australian driver's license.
