
Corporate Event Planner

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to oversee the delivery of engaging events and create a positive day-to-day workplace experience. This role will be hands-on with event planning and execution, ensuring our office environment is professional, welcoming, and well-run.
The ideal candidate will have experience in event coordination, hospitality, or office administration, with a proven track record of running events from logistics to execution. They will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, and possess strong communication skills to build great relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver state-based events for team members, brokers, and partners.
- Support internal events including offsites, training sessions, and celebrations.
- Manage vendors for catering, venues, and supplies.
- Assist with budget tracking and reporting.
- Keep office spaces and meeting rooms well-presented and equipped.
- Oversee office supplies and coordinate restocking.
- Liaise with Facilities and IT for local office needs.
- Support new starter onboarding and office inductions.
- Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or office administration.
- Proven track record of running events from logistics to execution.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to build great relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly and effectively.
