Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan corporate and social events with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and handover event run sheets to operations teams through regular meetings.

To Succeed in This Role You Will Have:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent client management and relationship development skills.
  • A solid understanding of sales reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • The ability to plan, implement, and execute sales strategies and business development plans.
  • High-level industry knowledge and an understanding of market trends and competitors.
  • A passion for delivering great quality food, beverage, and service.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a dynamic personality.
  • Self-motivation with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, events management software, and CRM systems.
