Job Overview
This role plays a key part in the venue operations team, focusing on planning and coordinating corporate and social events. The objective is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through seamless event execution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan corporate and social events with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and handover event run sheets to operations teams through regular meetings.

To Succeed in This Role You Will Have:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar position.
- Excellent client management and relationship development skills.
- A solid understanding of sales reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- The ability to plan, implement, and execute sales strategies and business development plans.
- High-level industry knowledge and an understanding of market trends and competitors.
- A passion for delivering great quality food, beverage, and service.
- Exceptional communication skills with a dynamic personality.
- Self-motivation with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, events management software, and CRM systems.
