Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized professional to support the planning and execution of a wide range of corporate events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the end-to-end planning and delivery of corporate events and exhibitions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Event Manager on all stages of the planning and delivery process, providing exceptional support and coordination.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue bookings, supplier arrangements, catering, signage, accommodation, transportation, and audio-visual requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues and external suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as timelines, invoices, and post-event reports, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain online registration, exhibition, speaker, and accommodation portals, ensuring user-friendly navigation and streamlined functionality.
  • Delegate management and support services, including communications, exhibitor management, and speaker management, promoting effective collaboration and efficient workflows.
  • Prepare running sheets and assist with onsite event management, guaranteeing successful events that meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in event management, planning, or coordination, demonstrating expertise and a proven track record.
  • In-depth working knowledge of EventsAir, with proficiency in its features and functionalities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana), with ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Superb written and verbal communication abilities, with capacity to engage stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required, with willingness to travel for events.
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently when needed, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
