About the Role

The City of Canterbury Bankstown is seeking a highly skilled Asset Planning Business Coordinator to join their Asset Systems & Planning unit. This critical position will support and elevate the unit with various business improvement activities, including updating processes, preparing strategic documents, business reporting, and improving operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business improvement initiatives to enhance the unit's performance
  • Prepare strategic documents and reports to inform decision-making
  • Track and report on budgets and financials
  • Collaborate with staff from various units to improve operational activities
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive collaboration and progress
About You

To be considered, you will have demonstrated experience in asset management, project management, or business administration, with a passion for process improvement and progress. You will have a collaborative and engaging personality, with the ability to bring staff together for mutual benefit.

What We Offer
  • A competitive annual salary between $111,988 to $120,728 + super
  • Full-time permanent role with a 35-hour working week
  • Flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week (post probation)
  • Located in Bankstown, close to the Hume Highway and M5
